I was beyond frustrated with the lack of an ice machine. It was unacceptable to have to ask staff for ice, and while I appreciate their effort, this should not be an extra request! The restaurant was barely staffed, leading to long waits and limited hours, which completely ruined our dining experience.

Hallways, stairs, rooms were dirty

We had a very good stay during the night of stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would book again. The breakfast was good for what was on offer, with waffles, biscuits n gravy plus juices. Location: the hotel was close enough to the restaurant.

The staff were friendly, particularly Savannah at the front desk. The Queen Room was very clean and had everything needed for our two-night stay. The amenities, including the pool and sauna, were a nice touch. The breakfast options were limited, and the decor felt a bit outdated. It's a great value for what you get.

Broken wash machine & no refund for money spent on broken washing machine.

Dirty, poor plumbing, no tv remote, chipping paint, hard to find (signs off at night), no manager on duty.

Friendly staff recognition

The bed was very comfortable & the set up of the room was nice.

Someone on the morning staff on the 30th gave a visitor our room # & the unwanted visitor was banging on our door at 8am. Very upsetting. We had asked for a late check out, as we didn't check in till almost 3am, but housekeeping showed up at 9:45 & regular checkout isn't until 11. Unhappy

Very good accommodation for the price and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Continental breakfast can use a little improvement but then again for the value, it's all good.

I loved my stay, especially with how clean my room was and how well the TV worked! The hot tub and sauna were great for relaxation, perfect after a long day. The only hiccup was the lack of an ice machine. however, the staff kindly got some for me, which was really nice of them! 😊

A nice size and brand-new room with a whirlpool, we had a real good stay. There were flat screen cable TV and crisp sheets, which was great.

Breakfast was great, beds, bathroom microwave & fridge were clean & all electronics were working well.

A/C unit did not work at all the front desk told me there was nothing that could be done, no ash trays & just was not comfy but everything else was ok

Great place with friendly staff, free Wi-Fi, and a comfy room with a tv. I remember how they helped me with a phone charger on my first stay. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway!

Closeness to the baseball fields we needed to be at

No remote for the tv, called the front desk 5 times never received one, check in at 4 pm our room still wasn't ready as we walked in on the cleaning ladies and we're told to come back, the continental breakfast was out by 730 , waited 15 min for someone to come to the front desk , definitely nothing like the pictures shown , worst Howard Johnson I've ever stayed in. I would definitely not go back nor recommend to anyone , I walked in and it looked like a seedy dump and at that point was to late to go anywhere else

It was convenient to have the restaurant and bar on site. And I appreciated the smoking room. The staff was friendly. The price was reasonable for all the amenities provided.
